I joined the Sunderland Marine claims department in 1989 before making the switch to underwriting 10 years later.

I’ve since relocated to Nelson, where I now enjoy my position as Head of New Zealand and my responsibility in managing the branch office. As a firm believer in the hands-on approach, I’ve continued my underwriting role and handle claims enquiries.
