From working almost exclusively within claims since 1989, I’ve gained an intimate knowledge of the industries we serve, and an increased perspective when assisting policyholders through the claims process.

Although I handle all claims, since 2017, I’ve been Sunderland Marine’s primary contact for personal injury, with a global workload and a variety of peculiar jurisdictions. In 2023, I was appointed as Claims Director, taking on added responsibilities within our small but very experienced team.
