After joining the Claims Team in 1997 from private practice, I moved to the Underwriting Team in 2004.

As “Deputy Global Head of Mutual Underwriting” my role is to make sure we deliver the best service possible to our members as well as meeting all business compliance requirements. Alongside my functional underwriting role, I am also Head of Underwriting for the Mediterranean Geographical Sector, overseeing strategy and key relationships in that area.
